Order Status
You will receive an automated tracking notification upon shipment. You can check the status of your order 24/7 by clicking the link in your tracking notification email. If you already have an account, please sign in and visit your 'order history' for order status.
Shipping and Handling
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 12-24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders placed after 4pm Eastern Time on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Please note that at this time Rotate Boutique does not offer Saturday delivery.
If you prefer to pick your order up at our Birmingham location, please call us at the number below. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup via email. You will need to provide your receipt (proof of purchase) along with a government issued form of ID.
